Saweetie is working with Cher on a secret collaboration!

A new interview with Vulture says that Saweetie and Cher "are collaborating on a project she can't talk about," and that a discussion on set for the collab helped inspire her for her album. She told the publication, "She gave me so much wisdom, and it made me really want to reflect and go back to my album and figure out what type of artist I’m going to be. She inspired me."

Exclusive: Cher just tweeted out that on the eve of celebrating her 75th birthday Thursday, she’ll have her life story unfold on movie screens through Universal Pictures. It is a major effort with heavy hitters, and here’s what is happening.

The as yet untitled film will be scripted by Oscar-winning screenwriter Eric Roth, whose recent efforts include adapting Killers of the Flower Moon that is currently in production with Martin Scorsese directing Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro, and co-writing the upcoming Denis Villenueve-directed Dune epic. The Cher film will be produced by Judy Craymer — whose brainstorm it was to turn the Abba song catalog into the stage musical smash Mamma Mia! — and Playtone’s Gary Goetzman, who produced the Mamma Mia! films with Craymer. That duo will produce with Cher, who starred in the Mamma Mia! sequel. Cher just produced Kaavan, The World’s Loneliest Elephant, which is streaming on Paramount.

Cher ha rinviato il suo tour Here We Go Again a causa dell'epidemia di coronavirus, riprogrammando il suo tour di primavera per l'autunno 2020. "Ho il cuore spezzato, ma la salute dei miei fan e della mia famiglia in tournée viene prima di tutto", ha dichiarato Cher in una nota. "Gli spettacoli sono stati davvero speciali, ma nulla è più importante della sicurezza di tutti. Sono entusiasta di vedere tutti quando torneremo in viaggio ".

Sono anni che Cher parla di una nuova autobiografia, l'ultima, "The First Time",  risale al 1999.

 

 

Questa nuova autobiografia è in "costruzione" da diversi anni e, tra la fine del 2019 e il 2020 finalmente arriverà!

 

Ciò non è tutto. Infatti, questa volta, questo nuovo libro autobiografico, verrà seguito da un film autobiografico come "Bohemian Rhapsody" e "Rocket Man".

 

 

 

Il film, dovrebbe arrivare tra il 2020 e il 2021. Che dire, non vediamo l'ora!

Mesi e mesi fa, c'erano stati rumors circa un nuovo film, "Artist In Residence",  in cui la nostra Cher sarebbe stata protagonista nel ruolo di "Toni".

In questi mesi, dopo alcuni indizi su Twitter, il 18 Febbraio scorso  ha confermato che è tutto vero!

Questo sarà il primo drama in cui Cher reciterà dopo decenni di distnza dal suo ultimo drama-film!
